My daughter is 21 years old, the same age I was when I migrated to the United States from Barbados. Celebrating and being with her at this age reminded me of a time when I was new to this country and didn't make some of the best decisions. I didn't have family, but great friends, without whom, I would have been lost. I went back to school as an adult where I earned my bacheor's degree and from there worked over 15 years in the financial services industry. Today, I am happily married and excited to help foster kids, homeless & lost kids and those desperately in need of a genuine individual, who not only listens, but is there to help.
